In his startling performance “Face Visualizer”, a computer-controlled system sends electric stimuli to various muscles in the artists' face, which react and move to the sound of a matrix of bleeps and clicks converted into spasms. This highly regarded digital artist presents a show in which the visualisation of data, Japanese minimalism and an imaginative take on body art all converge.

Daito Manabe has composed this musical piece along with sound artist Taeji Sawai and it will be performed at Sonar accompanied by Motoi Ishibashi.
