1. Acceptance of the Contractual Legal Conditions
By accepting this contract (by clicking as appropriate), the user declares: That he/she is a person of legal age with the capacity to enter into contractual arrangements, and that he/she has read and accepts these Legal Conditions. These legal conditions (hereinafter "the Legal Conditions") regulate the legal relationship arising from the contractual arrangements made between the users (hereinafter "the Users") and the website located at the URL 'http://www.sonar.es', which is the property of Advanced Music S.L. (hereinafter "Sónar"). The users accept the Legal Conditions from the point at which they use (consult, visit, etc...) or arrange any service onwards. This document may be printed and stored by the Users. Sónar places an e-mail address, email@example.com, at the Users' disposal, so that they can raise any doubts regarding the Legal Conditions.
2. Applicable laws
These Legal Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Kingdom of Spain, and are specially subjected to the stipulations of Law 7/1998 of 13 April, concerning General Contractual Conditions, of Law 26/1984 of 19 July, of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, of Constitutional Law 15/1999 of 13 December for the Protection of Personal Data, and of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, concerning Information Society and e-Commerce Services.
3. Use and Responsibilities Service Policy
Sónar does not guarantee the permanent availability of the services, and is free of liability of any type as a result of possible damages caused by the unavailability of the service due to causes of force majeure or errors in telematic or data transfer networks beyond its control. Sónar cannot be held responsible for the contents of links to other websites which are not its property and which are therefore beyond its control. The user declares that he/she is aware that the information provided by Sónar through its sections or services is not of a binding or legal nature, and is only provided for informative purposes.
4. Amendment of the Legal Conditions
Sónar may amend the Legal Conditions without prior notification to the Users, in order to improve the services offered through www.sonar.es. This obligation to notify will be deemed to have been fulfilled by means of the amendment of the Legal Conditions stipulated on the www.sonar.es website. It will in any event be possible to consult the Legal Conditions before using the services.
5. Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy
By furnishing their e-mail address and other personal details, a requirement necessary for the use of certain services, the Users give their consent for these addresses to be processed and used for the sending of commercial communications for the promotion or advertising of the services or products offered by Sónar (Advanced Music) or its sponsors. Sónar places the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org at the Users' disposal for the withdrawal of the consent given. Sónar declares that it complies with the regulations in force concerning Data Protection, and in particular Constitutional Law 15/1999 of 13 December, concerning the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, which implements the said Constitutional Law. Sónar places the means of contact referred to in the previous paragraph at the disposal of the Clients in order for them to exercise their rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition guaranteed by the legislation in force. Sónar declares that the data provided by Users will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties different to those otherwise mentioned.
6. Fulfilment of Intellectual Property Rights
The content provided by Sónar is subject to Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights and is owned exclusively by Advanced Music S.L. and the natural or legal persons that comprise it. The acquisition of a service does not entail the conferral by Sónar of any right to alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public broadcast of the content on the party acquiring it. Sónar reserves all these rights. The assignment of the said rights will require the prior written consent of Sónar. The user may not place the said content at the disposal of third parties. As well as the content included in www.sonar.es, intellectual property also covers its logos, design, images and the source code used in its programming.
All notifications, summonses, claims and other communications made by the parties with regard to these Legal Conditions must be made in writing and delivered by hand or sent by registered post.
